Jesus is the Head of Sales at Rent where he oversees both the field and solutions sales organizations.  Prior to leading the sales team, Jesus played a crucial role in driving Rent's digital transformation by introducing new platforms and technologies to the solutions portfolio. With a focus on the renter's journey, Jesus played a key role in positioning Rent as a "one-stop"  that utilizes 1st party data to attract and target qualified renters.
Jesus is passionate about delivering a superior client experience, leveraging data-driven marketing, and creating inclusive and empowering cultures. He earned his degree from the University of Texas at Austin and believes his calling is to help multifamily operators and owners reach their full plan potential.

Bell formerly served as VP and Managing Director of Updater and CRO of Spruce. He has over 25 years of multifamily experience including sales leadership roles and board positions with LRO, RealPage, MRI, and GetCovered.

Lidia is known for her high-performing teams, streamlined project management, and innovative approach to marketing and collaboration. In her current role, she is responsible for leading the marketing efforts for Hyly.AI and helping multifamily change how they work.

Mark brings over 15 years of brand development & digital marketing experience within the Multifamily, Technology, Restaurant, and Retail industries. Mark has partnered with brands such as Nike, Qualcomm, Rubio’s, & Shea Homes to develop targeted campaigns within Google search, paid advertising, social media, in-app geo targeting, & websites. Mark holds his B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing & his M.A. in Organizational Leadership, Business Management from the University of San Francisco School of Business. Today, Mark cultivates strategic partnerships in the Multifamily & Senior Housing space and develops ROI focused marketing campaigns that convert leads.
