As SVP of National Accounts, Arlene Mayfield is responsible for enhancing our relationships with key customers, representing Rent. in the industry and furthering our association relationships. Mayfield has a longstanding record of sales leadership and success at Rent. She began her career here in 1993 and since that time, has held almost every sales role at Rent. Formerly SVP, Sales for Rent., Arlene’s commitment to sales excellence led the company through several successful acquisitions and operational changes over the last several years, improving both overall company performance and revenue. Since her appointment to senior leadership, Arlene has played an instrumental role in changing the entire company. She helped move the business from a print-based model to an online powerhouse and market leader. She’s also helped grow the Rent. sales team to more than 400 professionals active in their communities. Arlene has held several apartment association board positions throughout her career.
Bell leads the industry’s only provider offering a refundable deposit management solution, rent repayment programs, and dynamic centralized services. Bell formerly served as VP and Managing Director of Updater and CRO of Spruce. He has over 25 years of multifamily experience including sales leadership roles and board positions with LRO, RealPage, MRI, and GetCovered.

Mark holds his B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing & his M.A. in Organizational Leadership, Business Management from the University of San Francisco School of Business. Today, Mark cultivates strategic partnerships in the Multifamily & Senior Housing space and develops ROI focused marketing campaigns that convert leads.
