As the SVP and Head of Sales, Jesus spearheads the sales team at Rent. Prior to leading the sales team, Jesus played a crucial role in driving Rent's digital transformation by introducing new platforms and technologies to the solutions portfolio. With a focus on the renter's journey, Jesus played a key role in positioning Rent as a "one-stop" that utilizes 1st party data to attract and target qualified renters.

Prior to joining Rent, Jesus held key growth leadership positions at Publicis, Seccion Amarilla, The Dallas Morning News, and other organizations. During his tenure, he oversaw company and product expansion, developed business models, and implemented revenue and go-to-market sales strategies He also served as an Advisory Board Member for Southern Methodist University's Digital Transformation program.

Jesus is passionate about delivering a superior client experience, leveraging data-driven marketing, and creating inclusive and empowering cultures. He earned his degree from the University of Texas at Austin and believes his calling is to help multifamily operators and owners reach their full plan potential.

Bell formerly served as VP and Managing Director of Updater and CRO of Spruce. He has over 25 years of multifamily experience including sales leadership roles and board positions with LRO, RealPage, MRI, and GetCovered.
