COVID PROTOCOL AND FAQS

COVID Protocol: For all participants, we will require proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID test within 72 hours of arrival at the event. We will be following local authority guidance as we get closer to the event regarding a mask mandate.

PROOF OF VACCINATION AND/OR NEGATIVE COVID TEST

Q: What do I need to provide for the event?
A: We want to provide a safe environment for everyone participating at our event so we will be requiring proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or negative test result within 72 hours of the event or your arrival.

In order to expedite the registration process onsite, Event Management will be sending an email in advance of the event at which time participants can upload their vaccination card.

Also, make sure you have your card with you when you arrive in case we need to view the card onsite.

PROOF OF TESTING

Q: Do you need to show photo ID with your proof of negative text?
A: Please be prepared to show photo ID which matches your proof of negative text.

Q: Is a rapid test ok?
A: You must bring printed results. The test results must be timestamped and require proof of either a negative PCR or antigen COVID-19 diagnostic test – any of these two options with a timestamp printed out will do.

Q: Can I use a home test to prove negative results?
A: If you use a home test, the results must be provided by an independent lab with a timestamp that falls within the valid timeframe (you cannot simply take a home test and show negative results).

Q: I received my negative test results via email – can I just show the email with the timestamp?
A: The process of verification will be much faster if you print your negative test results but we will accept email verification with timestamp.

PROOF OF VACCINATION

Q: Do you need to show photo ID with your proof of vaccination?
A: Please be prepared to show photo ID which matches your proof of vaccination.

Q: Is digital proof of your vaccination card enough (digital photo, Bindle app, Clear app, Excelsior app, etc.?
A: Yes, we will accept digital proof if presented at our conference registration.

Q: What do you mean by fully vaccinated?
A: You are considered fully vaccinated if you are at least two weeks after your final dose of either Pfizer or Moderna or two weeks after your single dose of Johnson & Johnson.

VENUE QUESTION

Q: What other steps are you taking regarding COVID-19? Will there be a mask policy, or a social distancing policy?
A: We abide in large part by the local and state health and safety policies.

Please note: best practices and guidelines from local authorities and the CDC are likely to continue to evolve over the coming months.
